Your business runs on technology. When it stops, everything stops.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. It’s what we hear most often from businesses when they first call us.

  • The system goes down, and the whole office waits.

Every hour of downtime is payroll spent on people who can’t work, and clients left waiting on you.

  • Everything is slower than it should be.

Aging computers, a struggling server and patchy Wi-Fi. Your staff have stopped complaining because nothing changes.

  • You know security matters, but not what to do next.

Phishing, ransomware and insurance questionnaires keep coming up, and it’s hard to tell what’s really covered.

  • Your IT company doesn’t feel like it’s on your side.

You leave a message, open a ticket and wait. Nobody seems to know your business or remember your last problem.

None of that is normal… but it’s too common.

IT should be the part of your business you rarely have to think about. And when you do need help, a person who already knows your office should pick up the phone.

A frustrated office worker with his head in his hands at his desk in the evening, computer screens still glowing.

“We’re so glad that we made the switch to Grace Computers for our IT needs. In fact, it’s probably the best decision we’ve made in the last 10 years.”

— D.K., Design & Sales / Gen. Mgr.

What we do — and what it actually means for you.

Every service below comes down to the same three things: your technology works, your data is safe, and when you need a person, you get one.

A smiling office worker at her desk alongside a GraceMSP technician.

“Invested in our IT success — keeps current on the ever-changing IT challenges, introduces new tools, always re-evaluating tools being used, and understands our workflow… friendly and knowledgeable, able to translate IT into common language, always willing to work through ideas.”

— Deb. K., Material Handling

Managed IT Services

We make IT easy.

We’re your entire or partial IT department, without hiring. We look after your computers, applications, email, network, and even your cloud … day to day, so your people can get on with their work.

Proactive monitoring
Failing drives, full disks and stalled updates get fixed before your staff notices anything is wrong.
A help desk that answers
When something breaks, you talk to a technician who already knows your office — not a ticket queue.
User account & email management
New hires are ready on day one, and people who leave lose access the day they go.
Hardware purchasing & installation
You’ll know what upgrades or replacements will cost and when they will happen. No surprises with unscheduled downtime on installations.
Strategic technology reviews
We are constantly monitoring your equipment health, upgrades, and obsolescence. You can plan around what is coming, not just what breaks.

Day-to-day support runs on a predictable monthly agreement. New hardware, servers, larger projects and on-site work are quoted separately, up front, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

“Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and can/will answer any questions sent their way. Security is always top priority with everyone at Grace, and that is beyond important to our business.”

— G.P., CPA

“Appreciate the clear explanation of what was done and how the protocol is set up to stop threats…”

— C.O., CPA

Cybersecurity

We make IT secure.

Layered protection built for firms that handle other people’s sensitive information — explained in plain English, and watched around the clock.

Multi-factor authentication
A stolen password on its own is no longer enough to get into your accounts.
Zero-trust application control
Software that hasn’t been approved simply doesn’t run — which stops most ransomware before it starts.
24/7 monitored threat detection
Suspicious activity is caught and contained at 3 a.m., not discovered when you open up at 9.
Dark web monitoring
You find out when company passwords leak, and they get changed before anyone can use them.
Security-awareness training
Your staff learn to spot the scam emails that make it past the filters.

A long, dim data center aisle lined with server racks and small cyan status lights.

“Per Grace’s recommendation, we transitioned to a cloud server, which has provided flexibility for our staff to work from anywhere.”

— A.R., CPA

“Moving our EHR servers to the Grace cloud has resulted in considerably less downtime, and our software speed is very good… Our medical practice needs online service, 24/7, regardless of the day or time.”

— L.R., Medical Practice

Cloud Services

Your office, from anywhere.

Private cloud hosting for the applications your business runs on — secure remote access for your team, with the servers, patching and upkeep handled on our side.

Private cloud hosting
Your applications run securely on infrastructure we maintain in professional USA data centers here in the Mid-Atlantic, with backups kept safe in the Southeast and Western USA.
Secure remote access
Your team gets the same files and software at the office, at home, or on the road — without opening holes in your security.
Automatic maintenance
Updates, patching and hardware refreshes happen on our side, not yours.
Built to scale
Adding a person or a location becomes a request, not a project.

“Grace has been there for us through good times and pulled us out of the bad ones. The worst of which was when our server crashed on April 7th, just a week before the April 15th tax deadline. Grace was there to get us moving and make the deadline.”

— A.R., CPA

Disaster Prevention, Backup & Recovery

Never worry about losing your data.

Hardware fails. People click things. Storms happen. We make sure that when something goes wrong, it’s an inconvenience — not the end of your week.

Automated off-site backups
Your data is copied somewhere safe on a schedule, without anyone having to remember.
Restore testing
We check that backups actually come back — before the day you need them to.
Ransomware recovery
If an attack gets through, we roll back to clean copies instead of leaving you to negotiate.
A written recovery plan
Everyone knows what happens, and in what order, when something goes wrong.

Compliance

Paperwork that holds up.

For firms with regulatory security obligations — accounting and legal in particular — we help you write down how you protect client information, and then actually do it.

Written Information Security Plans
You have a WISP that reflects how your office really works, not a template nobody reads.
Policy guidance
Your staff get clear, plain-English policies they can actually follow.
Documentation
When a client, insurer or regulator asks how you protect data, the answers are ready.

We help you meet your obligations and document them. We don’t sell certificates, and we’ll tell you honestly where the gaps are.

Industries we serve

We work with Law firms, CPAs, Accounting Firms, Medical practices, Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, Construction, Financial Services, Retail — and plenty of businesses in between.

Rather hear it from us directly?

We make IT personal.

Every IT company says it’s responsive and friendly. So instead of telling you, here’s what our clients wrote — in their words, not ours.

An office desk phone with one line lit, beside a notepad under warm lamplight.
  • A person answers the phone.

  • We explain IT in plain English.

  • Security comes first, not as an upsell.

  • We’re there after hours, too.

  • Clients stay for decades.

Whether you have no IT staff — or a whole team.

You don’t have IT staff.

We become your IT department.

For small and mid-sized organizations, we take on the whole job: help desk, security, backups, cloud, purchasing and planning. One number to call, and people who know your office.

You already have IT staff.

We become their specialist bench.

For larger organizations with their own technical team, we cover the specialty work — security monitoring, private cloud, backup and recovery, and big projects — so your people can focus on everything else.

Since 1988.

GraceMSP was established in 1988 and is one of the oldest IT service providers in the area. Known for many years as Grace Computers, we’ve grown up alongside the technology — from the first office networks to private cloud and round-the-clock threat monitoring.

What hasn’t changed is how we work. We’re more interested in a lasting relationship than a one-time sale. For us, business is personal, and our clients know Grace will go the extra mile to help in any way we can.

Straight answers.

The questions business owners ask us most, answered without the jargon.

What’s the difference between managed IT and calling someone when something breaks?

With break-fix support you pay when something goes wrong — which means your IT provider does best when you have problems. Managed IT flips that around: we look after your systems every day under a predictable monthly agreement, so our job is to prevent problems, not bill for them.

You still get a person on the phone when something does break.

We already have an IT person. Why would we need you?

Plenty of our clients do. We work alongside in-house staff as a specialist bench — security monitoring, cloud infrastructure, backup and recovery, and larger projects — plus a second set of hands when things get busy. Your team keeps ownership; we make their job easier.

What is a WISP, and does my firm need one?

A Written Information Security Plan documents how your business protects sensitive client information: who has access, how data is stored and backed up, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Many accounting and tax firms are required to have one, and legal and medical offices often have similar obligations. If you’re not sure whether it applies to you, ask. We’ll give you a straight answer.

If we got hit with ransomware tomorrow, what would happen?

For clients on our security and backup services, affected machines are isolated, the threat is contained, and we restore from clean, tested backups. The goal is that you lose hours rather than weeks, and that paying a ransom never becomes your only option.

If you honestly don’t know what would happen at your office today, that’s worth a 30-minute conversation.

What actually happens when I call?

A person answers. You’ll talk to someone on our team who can connect to your computer and start on the problem. Prefer not to call? You can open a ticket through the client portal.

How painful is it to switch IT providers?

Less than most people expect. We handle the handoff — gathering passwords, documentation and licensing, and working with your current provider where we can — and we schedule changes around your business so your staff can keep working.

How protected is your business, really?

A 20-point cybersecurity checklist in plain English. Tick off what’s true for your office and see where you stand.

No email address. No sales call. Just the list.
