Our CPA firm has been with Grace Computers since 2002, when we first networked our computers. We have never looked back. Grace has been there for us through good times and pulled us out of the bad ones. The worst of which was when our server crashed on April 7th, just a week before the April 15th tax deadline. Grace was there to get us moving and make the deadline.
Per Grace’s recommendation, we transitioned to a cloud server, which has provided flexibility for our staff to work from anywhere. The support that we have from Grace is awesome… I would highly recommend Grace to any firm for their IT needs.
We’re so glad we made the switch to Grace Computers for our IT needs. In fact, it’s probably the best decision we’ve made in the last 10 years.
We love being able to start a support ticket directly from email, and their response time is always prompt. They’ve helped us upgrade our computers, set up a reliable backup system, and now even manage our domain. They do it all — and they do it well.
Invested in our IT success — keeps current on the ever-changing IT challenges, introduces new tools, always re-evaluating tools being used, and understands our workflow.
Answers the phone, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, able to translate IT into common language, always willing to work through ideas. Grace works with you to understand your needs and find solutions to meet those needs.
As a medical practice, we must have constant access to our EMR… Grace understands our commitment to our patients, and their team is swiftly responsive to any issues… Moving our EHR servers to the Grace cloud has resulted in considerably less downtime, and our software speed is very good…
Partnering with Grace is the next best thing to having IT personnel on our payroll, which most small businesses cannot afford. We have been a client of Grace Computers for over 17 years… Jeff, the owner, is always evolving his business to ensure that we are operating as close to 100% efficiency as possible.
Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and can/will answer any questions sent their way. Security is always top priority with everyone at Grace… The response time to any problems is unmatched.
Everyone is very professional and personal at the same time. The late hours have been a life saver on many occasions too.
